I recently had the pleasure of staying at Panela Coffee Hostel in the heart of El Poblado, Medellín, and it was quite the adventure! The location is a dream for anyone who loves to explore-packed with local restaurants, lively parties, and easy access to public transport. My family and I found the vibrant atmosphere to be both exciting and welcoming, perfect for our eco-resort reviewing escapades. While our room was on the snug side and a bit loud, the cozy bed was a nice spot to recharge after a day of exploring. We loved that the hostel offered a shared kitchen, which made it easy for my daughters and me to whip up a quick breakfast before hitting the local attractions. A huge shout-out to the friendly cleaning staff, who were ever so helpful with our luggage and made sure we had fresh towels every few days. For the price, this hostel is a fantastic find. The bar and garden terrace provided a perfect escape to unwind after our outdoor adventures. If you're traveling on a budget but still want to enjoy the local vibe, I highly recommend Panela Coffee Hostel!
